How To Visit Google Office in Mumbai
The Google Office in Mumbai is not just a workspace but a hub of creativity and innovation. It’s where ideas come to life and creators collaborate with the best in the industry. It is the perfect office with beautiful interiors. They have special rooms to play music and unwind. My favourite is the Cafeteria serving delicious food with an ideal ambience.

Registration
The event began with a registration process. Each invitee verified their name and received a personalized card. The warm welcome with our names on a board made the Creators feel special. I clicked some pictures on the board for good memories.

We kicked off with snacks and beverages, followed by interactions with the Google Team and other Creators. It is fun interacting with the creators and knowing about their work. The Veg Bao and unique appetizers were a hit, and the atmosphere buzzed with excitement and conversations. We had delicious cookies with tea and coffee.
Icebreaker Session
The icebreaker session was filled with fun questions and games. We shared our favourite travel destinations and beverages. The activities helped set a friendly and engaging tone for the rest of the event.
Interactive Sessions
The interactive sessions were the highlight of the day. We discussed the NOTES feature, shared insights, and learned from each other’s experiences. These sessions were not only informative but also inspiring.

Refreshments and Networking
Buffet Spread at the Cafe
We headed to the 7 Islands Café for refreshments and networking. The café’s ambience was perfect for relaxed conversations and delicious food options. My favourite was the veggie Paneer Wrap, paired with a refreshing Kokum Pomegranate Mocktail.
Insight about the Team and Creators
I planned a fun quiz with the creators and Google team. We played a travel quiz, where I learned about their favourite places and food preferences. It was a fun way to learn about them and their work. We had interactions with
Ishwarya Balakrishnan – She works with the Search Partnerships Team at Google.
Tejal Ganacharya – Member of Ping Network. She leads all the creator programmes for Google. The Ping network also connects creators to brands. The Ping team has greatly supported the creators of the Notes project.
Hiral Parekh – Food content creator. She explores Jain Food Places around Mumbai and places where she travels. It was interesting to connect with her. She contributes to many Google Maps and shares her reviews about Jain Food Places.
Astha Kaul – Ping team member and looks after the Communications and Partnerships at Ping.
Tejal Chhaya –Creator from the education vertical. I have learnt a lot from her. She has always been helpful to all the creators. A sweet and honest person. She contributes to Google Maps and is an active Local Guide. She has also participated in organising several Local Guide Meet-ups.
