    Craving for some Pakoras and Chai!! Well, I guessed it right. Monsoon is on its peak in India. Hot Pakoras and chai is the perfect combination to set the mood with the cool breeze and rains. Pakoras(fritters) are known as bhajji or bhajiya in different regions of India. It is a fried snack made with a base of Besan flour(gram flour) mixed with different spices combined with veggies.
