BEST PLACES TO EAT IN DIU
Diu, the Union territory of India is located near the Gujarat State of India. It is one of the popular tourist destinations in India. Well, in this Blog I will be discussing the Top 4 Best Places to eat in Diu. I have also discussed the popular places to visit in Diu in my previous blog post which you can refer HERE.
APAAR RESTAURANT
This is a small little shack-like restaurant located in Diu. It is a sea-facing restaurant serving some delicious food. They have a variety of food options on their menu. They had North Indian food, Indian-Chinese food and more.
The Apaar Restaurant is located near Diu Fort. It is located inside the Apaar Hotel where we had our 3 Day Stay in Diu. We had a Sea Facing Room with gorgeous views. You can have a look at the detailed Blog Post regarding the Hotel HERE. Also, you can book a stay at the Hotel HERE.
We have had food at the Apaar Restaurant almost every day during our stay. The food served was delicious. I liked the North Indian cuisine here. We had some Paneer Butter Masala, with Butter Rotis, Kulchas with Buttermilk. Also, we tried Indian Chinese food like Triple Schezwan Rice which was equally delicious.
BEACH RESTAURANTS IN DIU
Well, Chulawala Restaurant is one of the Fine Dine Restaurants we visited in Diu. It is located inside the Krishna Beach Resort near the popular Nagoa Beach. If you want to have a fine dine experience, then this is a good restaurant to opt for.
We had been to this restaurant during our visit to the Nagoa Beach in Diu. The food served at this place was piping hot and very delicious. We had some delicious appetisers and Tomato Soup. Also, for the main course, we had some North Indian Food like Paneer tikka Masala and Butter Rotis. Everything was served in huge portions. Also, they had a very good and attentive staff. They have a variety of food options on their menu.
We had a very good dining experience at the Chulawala restaurant located in Krishna Beach Resorts which is one of the luxurious resorts in Diu.
SHRI RAM VIJAY REFRESHMENTS IN DIU
SHRI RAM VIJAY REFRESHMENTS is a small little place serving its unique Soda and Flavored Milk with Ice Cream since 1933. I must say I have never had a Flavored Soda before. Also, their Ice Cream with milk was unique and very refreshing. Also, the ice creams were fresh and delicious.
Although it is a small joint, they have the best soda and Ice cream in Diu. The staff at this place were so friendly and also told us about their unique products.
They have a variety of flavours of Soda and Ice cream at this place. They also serve some equally tasty snacks. We saw the locals enjoying their evenings having soda and Ice Cream at this place. I would recommend you to try their Vanilla milk with ice cream. It was one of my favourites. We also had some French Fries which were freshly made and served. I visited this place twice during my stay in Diu.
BEST STREET FOOD IN DIU
There are several Food Stalls located right opposite Nagoa Beach in Diu. These Food stalls serve various types of Street Food. You can try some of your favourite street food at this place enjoying the cool breeze as it is very near to the Beach.
There are a lot of Food Stalls with proper seating serving a different variety of Food. You can sit here in the outdoors and enjoy your food.
Well, I have not tried any food here as we had already finished our lunch before visiting this place. But we enjoyed seeing these small food Joints built-in small huts which were also kept clean and well maintained.
Overall, we had a good time enjoying some of the Best Places to eat in Diu. I liked the food at all the places. Enjoyed different types of cuisines and had some unique food experiences in Diu. So, these are the top 4 places which I would recommend you to visit during your stay in Diu.
