I am having Vada Pav from Ashok Vada Pav for many years and they always keep up with the quality of the Vada Pav. It always tastes the same. Also, the Food stall is very well maintained and clean.
They have a unique way to serve Vada pav here. The Vada Pav is loaded with Choora which is something unique about this place.
The Pav is filled with green chutney and tamarind chutney (meetha chutney) and lots of choora with the Vada. The popular Vada Pav Red Powder Chutney {sukha chutney} is also sprinkled on it. They serve only choora pav as well, which is equally delicious and unique.
The staff and the owner of the Ashok Vada Pav Stall are very humble. Despite the place being busy all the time with people waiting for their Vada Pav, they do manage to serve hot and fresh Vada Pav to everyone.
We had got our Vada Pav packed. It was packed neatly with lots of choora on the top of the Vada Pav and green chillies. We enjoyed the delicious Vada Pav. Each bite of the Vada Pav was filled with the flavours of the chutneys, choora and the fresh and hot Batata Vada.
