Lonavala is a favourite and a popular Hill Station in India. You may find a lot of people from nearby cities like Pune and Mumbai visiting Lonavala on the weekends. This place is just about a 2-hour drive from these two major cities. Due to this, there are a lot of Luxury Hotels, homestays and eateries here. Whether you want to enjoy a peaceful vacation or some adventure activities, Lonavala has it all. You may find activities for every age group. FAMOUS STREET FOOD IN LONAVALA
Well, this time on my trip to Lonavala we explored some of the popular and unique places to eat. The first place we visited was the famous Golden Vada Pav. Vada Pav is a popular Maharashtrian Street Food. It is a Pav filled with vada (made with potato stuffing and spices) and chutney. Also, you get piping hot Bhajjis here. Golden Vada Pav has been known for serving Vada Pav since 1958. A perfect place to fill up your street food cravings.
BEST RESTAURANT – BEST PLACES TO EAT IN LONAVALA
The next food place is a famous local restaurant, Rama Krishna. This is a huge and spacious restaurant serving some of the best Indian food. It is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving some of the local favourite dishes. Well, I like to have Pav Bhaji at this place. Also, we had Masala Pav and Kulfi Falooda. The food here is very good. The service too is quick and prompt. They have spacious outdoor seating as well.
BEST FINE DINE RESTAURANT IN LONAVALA
So, then we visited a fine dining restaurant. Tucked in a quiet place Anglo Indian Restaurant in Lonavala is an amazing fine dining restaurant. The ambience and décor of the restaurant is amazing. We went here on a November evening. The weather was cool and pleasant. They have amazing seating. Also, the food served is delicious. They serve some of the best and most unique dishes here. The atmosphere around is very peaceful. Also, the staff is friendly. We had Pasta which was served with Garlic bread, a Veg Burger served with French fries and a dip. We also tried Soup. My favourite was the Burger served with this amazing dip and crispy French Fries.

The next place is a popular place among the locals and one of my favourites. Mapro is a popular brand for products like fruit syrups and jams. They have a huge place in Lonavala for selling their popular products. Also, they have a food court serving some delicious Grill Sandwiches, Pizza and relishing Milkshakes. The food here is not to be missed.
The staff here is quick in making a lot of Sandwiches and Pizza at a time. The Grilled Sandwich is filled with fresh veggies and cheese. Also, the Pizza has a perfect crust. Also, we tried a milkshake with Ice Cream which was refreshing. Mapro has a huge space with a garden and a water fountain. They have various Photo Spots to click pictures. It is a perfect place to plan a short trip.
